Delivery
Please note: due to unprecedented demand orders may take slightly longer to dispatch than normal, however we are currently satisfying all orders within the timescales set out below.
Standard delivery for all items (excluding telescopes) costs just £4.99.
Telescopes
Due to the fragile nature and weight of these products they are either £14.99 (up to 10kg) or £24.99 (over 10kg).
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of your order being placed but it is usually dispatched within 24 hours.
In most cases standard delivery takes place within 2-3 working days. If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please contact us.
Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with the items you have purchased from us for any reason, please contact us straight away. Under the 'Distance Selling Regulations' if you change your mind for any reason you have the right to return perfectly good equipment for a refund of the purchase price and outgoing carriage charge within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be in resalable condition and returned well packed at your expense.
This cover does not apply to bespoke items such as scans from negatives, photographic prints etc, where products are custom made especially for you. Such items can only be returned if they are faulty. Should any goods be faulty or arrive damaged or not materially match the description on our website you may return them to us within a reasonable time. We will refund the purchase price along with the cost of the outgoing and return carriage charges.
A deduction can be made from the refund amount if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in our shop.
New hardware sold by Greens Photo Centre come with a minimum of 1-year manufacturers guarantee. The guarantee period provided by Greens Photo Centre for used items is generally 3 months, but this may vary and will be notified at the point of purchase. If an item that we supplied fails due to a manufacturing fault within the guarantee period, please contact the branch where the purchase was made to arrange a guarantee repair.
